Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 31, 2026

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. The reason it exists is practical: the Service can produce content at volume, and the cost of misusing it lands on platform ecosystems, on other users, and on us.

1. Content you may not generate, refine or distribute

  • Anything unlawful under applicable law; anything infringing copyright, trademarks, likeness, privacy or other rights.
  • False or misleading marketing; unqualified medical, financial or legal advice; exaggerated or unverifiable efficacy claims.
  • Content impersonating a person, a brand or an official account.
  • Sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, abusive or discriminatory content.
  • Spam, scams, pyramid schemes, gambling, and promotion of illegal or restricted goods (pharmaceuticals, tobacco, weapons, counterfeits).
  • Other people’s personal information (contact details, addresses, ID documents) without their consent.

2. Platform rules

  • You must follow the terms and community rules of whichever social media platform you publish to. Where those rules and this policy differ, the stricter one applies.
  • The Service does not provide, and must not be used for: fake engagement, bought likes or followers, bulk account registration or account farming, evading platform risk controls, or getting content through review on someone else’s behalf.
  • The browser extension only pre-fills a draft; the act of publishing must be performed by a human. Any modification made to get around that (auto-clicking, scripted posting, unattended bulk publishing) is a breach of this policy.
  • Do not use the Service to run large numbers of accounts in order to manufacture the appearance of popularity.

3. Technical limits

  • Do not reverse-engineer the Service, and do not circumvent billing, allowance limits or access controls.
  • Do not share account credentials, and do not resell or white-label the Service’s capabilities as your own (contact us first if you need a reseller arrangement).
  • Do not substitute automated scripts for normal use, or call the interfaces at rates far beyond normal use.
  • Do not attempt to access data that is not yours, and do not interfere with the operation of the Service or with other users.
  • Report security vulnerabilities to support@clownfish101.com rather than proving them to the point where other users are affected. Do not run penetration tests against production without prior written permission.

4. Fair use

The Service stops when your allowance runs out and there is no post-payment, so normal use needs no additional caps. If an account’s call pattern is clearly abnormal (for example, a rate no human workflow could produce), we may throttle it first and contact you afterwards.

5. What happens on a breach

  • In escalating order: a warning → restricting the affected features → suspending the account → terminating it.
  • On an account terminated for a breach, unused credits are not refunded (see Refund Policy §4).
  • Where a breach appears to be unlawful, we cooperate with the authorities as the law requires.
  • If you think we got it wrong, appeal to support@clownfish101.com and we will re-check.

6. Reporting

If you find someone using clownfish101 for any of the above, write to support@clownfish101.com. Include the account, links and screenshots where you can —— it makes verification far quicker.
