What each action costs
Billing, renewal and cancellation
- Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled any time in the Stripe customer portal. After cancelling you keep what you've paid for until the period ends, and are not charged again.
- Upgrades take effect immediately, with Stripe invoicing the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period; the current period's credits stay untouched.
- Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing period and don't roll over. Top-up credits never expire, and are only drawn on after the monthly bucket is empty.
- A generation stopped by the red-line gate is not billed: it is regenerated once from a different angle, and only charged if it is stopped again.
- When credits run out, generation stops. There is no overage bill — we don't do post-paid. Buy a top-up or move up a tier to continue.
- Payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
